Here at Intimate Sparkz, we guarantee that all of the merchandise we sell on our on-line store is the highest quality and know that each of oru customers are going to be completely satisfied with their purchase.  However, there are times an issue occurs and you need to return an item.  If you need to return any Intimate Sparkz merchandise, please contact us via e-mail.  Please indicate in your email your full name, address, reference number and a brief outline of the problem.

If you are dissatisfied with your selection for any reason within the first thirty (30) days of purchase, you may return it for a store credit or exchange.  For hygiene purpose, some products as intimate garments and apparel cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.  We will either replace the merchandise free of charge (for defective merchandise) or provide an on-line store credit in the amount of your original purchase.  There will be a 25% restocking/shipping for exchanges.   Unclean and damaged products are not returnable. 

Intimate Sparkz is not responsible for refunds or replacement shipments on orders that shipments show tracking confirms delivery.  If your shipment tracking information confirms delivery but you have not received the package, please contact your carrier.  In the event of an undelivered shipment occurred, we will refund you  for the full amount of the merchandise purchased only.  Shipping charges will still apply.

We will do our utmost to do everything we can to accommodate your request as quickly and efficiently as possible.  Please keep in mind that some issues take a little longer than others.
